Ingredients for 4 people:
- 200g fresh lasagne sheets
- 500 g peeled fava beans (200 g if dry)
- 100 g fennel
- 2 shallots
- 1 white onion
- 150 g sausage
- 1 glass of white wine
- Extra virgin olive oil
- 80 g grated Parmigiano
- 400 ml Béchamel
- salt and pepper
1. Soak the beans the day before. Cook the beans and peel the skin off. In case of fresh beans: cook for 3 minutes. Then cook together with the fennel for another 15-20 minutes.
2. Chop the shallots and the onion and fry them together with the sausage. Deglaze with white wine, add salt and pepper and cook for 15 minutes. Thereafter, mix the sausage and beans in the béchamel sauce.
3. Then grease a baking dish and from the lasagne in alternate layers of pasta and sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 25 minutes.
