Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Strozzapreti "La Campofilone"
- 300 g pumpkin
- 100 g bacon "Cav. Boschi"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Antica Masseria Caroli"
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chili "Arconatura"
- 7/8 cherry tomatoes "Masseria Dauna"
- Tomato-Capuliato "Casa Morana"
- tomato sauce "Masseria Dauna"
- salt and pepper
In a pan, sauté the chilli in a little olive oil. Add the diced bacon and cherry tomatoes. Add the diced, already cooked pumpkin, add the Capuliato and the tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cook for 8-10 minutes the Strozzapreti until al dente, drain and add to sauce. Serve with plenty of Parmesan.
