Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Kamut Penne "Arconatura"
- 100 ml cream
- 30 g butter
- 100 g smoked salmon
- Extra virgin olive oil Nocellara "Frantoio Cutrera"
- salt and pepper
Cook the pasta for about 7 minutes until al dente.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the chopped salmon and the cream.
Add the penne to the pan with the sauce and mix with a little olive oil
