Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Paccheri "Gragnano in Corsa"
- 200 g sea bass "Arconatura"
- 10 tomatoes in water and salt "Masseria Dauna"
- Extra virgin olive oil Biancolilla "Frantoio Cutrera"
- Chili
- salt
Fry the halved tomatoes and the chilli in a little olive oil lightly. Cut the sea bass fillets into pieces, add to pan and cook for 3 more minutes.
Cook the Paccheri for about 15 minutes until al dente, drain and put to the pan with the sauce.
Recommended wine: Chardonnay Rapitalà Gran Cru
