Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g spaghettini "Pastificio Martelli"
- 50 g black pig 'Nduia "Consorzio Nero di Calabria"
- 400 g cherry tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil "Frantoio Franci"
- 1/2 onion
Fry the finely chopped onion in a little olive oil in a pan. Melt the 'Nduia briefly in the pan. Add the cherry tomato sauce, add and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
Cook the pasta for 5 minutes until al dente and drain. Mix with the sauce in the pan for 1 minute. If desired, serve with grated Sicilian pecorino.
