Ingredients for 4 people:
- 400 g Mezze Maniche "Pastificio Mancini"
- 50 g Bagoss "La Reggia e Formaggeria Arasi"
- 40 g of white Truffle butter summer Truffle "Tartufi Jimmy"
- pepper
Melt the Truffle butter in a pan. Cook and drain the pasta and mix in the pan with the Truffle butter. Sprinkle with 30 g grated Bagoss and add a little water. Mix until the Bagoss melts.
Serve with fresh grated Bagoss.
