Ingredients for 4 people:
- 4 fresh pork sausages, "Al Berlinghetto"
- 250 g cannellini beans "Principato di Lucedio"
- 50 g cherry tomato Capuliato "Casa Morana"
- 150 g cherry tomato sauce "Casa Morana"
- Extra virgin olive oil Nocellara del Belice "Frantoio Cutrera"
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
Soak the beans overnight in water. Cook for 40/50 minutes in plenty of water.
Put a little olive oil, garlic and the Salamini in a pan and fry everything for a few minutes. Add the Capuliato and the tomato sauce.
Add the beans and season with salt and pepper and simmer for another 40 minutes.
Serve and sprinkle with a little raw olive oil.
