Sunalle, Traditional Products with an Innovative Format

09/04/2026 - From the highest village in Sardinia comes a perfect example of how tradition can evolve virtuously, to renew and improve itself, as Sunalle shows us. The activity began as a traditional Sardinian bakery, dedicated to the production of Pane Carasau and Pane Guttiau, two symbols of regional gastronomy.The raw materials and the quality of the artisanal processes remain the same even today, but over time, the evolution of the bakery has led to the creation of innovative products, developing more appetizing formats of Pane Carasau and Pane Guttiau, offering them as snacks.First, the 'sfoglie' (sheets), pieces of flavoured and further toasted Pane Guttiau to achieve a more intense flavour.Later came the fried 'scricchiole', a perfect alternative to potato chips, very delicious as an aperitif.
