Ingredients for 4 people:
- 250 g red lentils "Agrirape"
- 100 g tagliatelle "La Campofilone"
- Extra Virgin olive Oil Olivastra Seggianese "Frantoio Franci"
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt and pepper
- rosemary
This red lentil variety is not well known, but very aromatic and tasty. Before cooking they don't need to be soaked.
Wash the lentils in a sieve and place in a pot with 1.5 liters of water, 1 clove of garlic and rosemary and cook for 1 hour. At the end of cooking, add salt to taste. Then break the tagliatelle and add to the lentils and cook for more 3 minutes. Drain and serve with a little olive oil and pepper.
