Liguori was the first pasta manufacturer to obtain the I.G.P. Its production in the Gragnano area is unique in its kind for its climatic conditions, and for the processing method inspired by the ancient tradition, guaranteeing a superior quality product with an inimitable taste.

Formed of Sicilian origin pasta, their shape resembles a parchment rolled up on itself, full-bodied and enveloping, it protects all the flavors of the seasoning as if it were concealing a secret. The name means "homemade" and they go perfectly with the more traditional sauces.
