The Salton Intenso Cabernet Sauvignon is a refined expression of the Serra Gaúcha terroir, Brazil. This dry red wine displays an intense ruby color with violet reflections. On the nose, it releases complex aromas of ripe red fruits, black pepper, balsamic notes, cocoa, and tobacco. On the palate, it is structured and velvety, with soft tannins and a persistent finish, enriched by hints of black fruits and spices. Aged partly in steel and partly in French oak, it is recommended to serve at 16-18°C. Perfect with red meats, game, and aged cheeses.
