The Raumland Cuvée Katharina Brut Nature is an excellent German Sekt from the Rheinhessen region. Produced exclusively from Spätburgunder, it shows a bright straw yellow color and fine perlage. The bouquet is complex, with notes of brioche and red berries. On the palate it is dry, fresh and elegant, ideal as an aperitif or with refined pairings.
