Prinčič Aurei Pinot is an elegant dry white wine from the Goriška Brda region, Slovenia. Made from Beli Pinot (Pinot Blanc), it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose offers an intense bouquet of green apple, citrus, and white flowers, with a mineral hint. On the palate, it's fresh, balanced, and persistent, with notes of ripe fruit. It ages partly in steel and partly in barriques, then rests in the bottle. Serve at 10-12°C.
