Polkura Syrah is an exquisite Chilean red wine from the Colchagua Valley, 100% Syrah. It presents an intense ruby red color and complex aromas of black fruits, pepper, and sweet spices. On the palate, it's full-bodied, soft, and persistent, with velvety tannins. Aged 12-18 months in barriques, it's ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18°C.
