Pascal Marchand-tawse's Meursault is an excellent dry white wine from Burgundy. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it displays a bright golden yellow. The aroma is complex, with hazelnut, butter, and citrus. On the palate, it’s rich, unctuous, and structured, with minerality and a long finish. Aged in barrels, it pairs with fine fish and white meats.
