Mandois Origine Brut is a Champagne of rare elegance, the result of the skilful union of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier. With a bright straw yellow color and very fine perlage, it enchants the nose with aromas of white flowers, citrus, and white-fleshed fruits, enriched by notes of yeast and brioche. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and boasts a remarkable structure, culminating in a long-lasting taste with fruity and mineral nuances. Aged for at least 3 years on lees and produced using the Traditional Method, it is perfect for aperitifs, seafood, and celebrations. Serve at 8-10℃.
