Brilliant salmon pink, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Delicate and complex, with notes of red berries (strawberry, raspberry), citrus, and a floral touch. Slight hints of yeast and brioche.
Taste
Fresh and balanced, lively acidity. Red fruits, citrus. Persistent finish with mineral nuances and a savory touch.
Alcohol content
12.5% vol.

Flute or Champagne Tulip glass.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with seafood, shellfish, sushi, light cold cuts, fruit desserts, or fresh cheeses.
Refinement
Minimum 24-36 months on lees in bottle.
Vinification
Manual harvest, soft pressing, fermentation in stainless steel vats. Second fermentation in bottle (Traditional Method). Brut dosage.
