Brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections, fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Citrus notes (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, white peach, mineral hints and a floral touch.
Taste
Fresh, vibrant, elegant acidity, fruity with persistent minerality and a dry finish.
Alcohol content
12-12.5% vol.
Type of glass
Flute or Tulip glass for sparkling wines.
Pairings
Light appetizers, seafood, raw fish, sushi, aperitifs, delicate white meats.
Refinement
On the lees in the bottle (traditional method) for 18-24 months.
