Jean-Michel Gerin's La Champine Syrah is a still red wine from the Northern Rhône Valley, primarily IGP Collines Rhodaniennes. Made from Syrah grapes, it displays a deep ruby color and complex aromas of dark berries, black pepper, and smoky hints. On the palate, it's structured, juicy, and spicy, with elegant tannins. Aged partly in oak barrels, it's ideal with grilled red meats and game.
