Domaine Laroche La Chevalière Grande Cuvée is a pure Chardonnay from the Languedoc-Roussillon region. It displays a bright straw yellow color and an intense aroma of citrus, white peach, and floral notes. On the palate, it's fresh, balanced, and mineral, with an alcohol content of approximately 13% vol. Aged in stainless steel on fine lees, it's ideal with seafood, grilled fish, and fresh cheeses, served at 10-12°C.
