Aligote is an autochthonous grape of Burgundy, it is the second berry of the region after the Chardonnay for annual production. It has acquired international appeal as a component of interesting white blends and is also cultivated in various Eastern European countries. It is a vigorous grape variety capable of vinifiing a good acidity. In the glass it develops a straw yellow color. The nose moves on floral touches, which then evolve towards mineral hints and light fruity hints. Dynamic and taut on the palate, where it enters with a light body well balanced, characterized by a pleasant refreshing imprint.
