The best olive oil is always Extra Virgin olive oil. It is cold pressed with meccanical means. When it's "prima spremitura" then the olives are pressed only once. You can't say that the olive oil from one regions is better than the other. It's a matter of taste if you prefer strong Tuskan olive oil or delicate Ligurian olive oil.
