I've never seen this kind of sausage. It really looks inviting. It looks a little bit like bresaola. Is it similar to bresaola? How do I cut it? With a knife or a slicer?

Fillet Al Berlinghetto
The fillet is real fillet and this means that it doesn't contain hardly any fat. You should cut it with a slicer for the best taste. But if you cut it with a knife, try to cut it as thin as possible.
Serve it with a little olive oil on fresh baked bruschetta or ciabatta.
