I came across Bresaola si Tonno many years ago in an Italian restaurant I used to work at.

I have since then had a hard time finding any information regarding the process achieved to make this wonderful product. There is very little information on the internet and no one has attempted it on YouTube.

Could you please enlighten me on the fabrication process of this wonderful - rare - product ?
