Telling the truth it is a wine variety subject to 18 different variations, and for this reason it is able to convey a clear idea of the differences between the terroir. The Malvasia Nera Salento IGP - Notte Rossa is a clear example of this attitude, an intese red ruby at the sight, evident red fruit fragrances, while at the palate it is soft, structured, with a return to the wild berries and a velvety tannin in the finale.
