Today we're introducing you the
Pecorino Siciliano. The milk is obtained only from sheeps that are feed naturally gazing in order to preserve the real local aromas, than it ages in osier baskets at least 4 months.
The result is a cheese with a very rough crust given by the osier baskets where it ages, while inside it is white or straw yellow compact without many holes.
