Brisval was born from the passion of some entrepreneurs from Valchiavenna who, in love with the specialty that best represents their territory, bresaola, decided to add value to this fantastic gastronomic product. Thus, Brisval Bresaolas were born.
The selection of raw materials, the absence of preservatives, the analysis of everything that does not exist in classic bresaola, and the continuous search for quality give rise to products of unique delicacy.
Brisval rigorously selects the best meats in the world, with their own characteristics and peculiarities, and transforms them into bresaola: cuts of veal and heifer from Italian and European cattle breeds, Angus from Ireland, original Wagyu raised and bred in Japan.

At Brisval, preservative-free Bresaolas are produced with a careful selection of raw materials, starting with the most important: the meat.
The selection is made by evaluating the feeding of the cattle, their lifestyle, and the purity of the breed.
