Thomas Unterhofer’s wines were a true love at first
sight, indeed, at first taste. Discover with time the people behind these
wines, the work behind this winery, has further convinced us to be
in front of a winery strongly passionate and linked to their land.
The cultivation extends for about 3 hectares, and is treated as a garden,
microparcelle of different vines depending on soil and exposure. When
we talk about exalting wines and their vines through the terroir, we talk about

The choice to use Stelvin-lux caps, able to preserve
wines over the years in an efficient and risk-free manner.
