Lugana is a dry Italian white wine that comes from the wine region of the same name south of Lake Garda. The wine has DOC status and is mainly made up of the Trebbiano grape variety (also called Turbiana). It matures about 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being sold.
Tasting notes: Bright color, straw yellow. The nose is intense, elegant and particularly fine; the notes of white flowers, combined with the fruity ones, are completed by a marked minerality that fully reflects the typicality of Lugana from the Sirmione vineyards. On the palate it is characterized by its character and structure, with notes of white fruit and a typical vegetable smell, well balanced by a homogeneous tasty note.
