Refinement
In stainless steel tanks for several months, followed by a short period of bottle aging to stabilize the wine and further develop its aromatic and taste complexity.
Vinification
Cold maceration of destemmed grapes, soft pressing, and controlled fermentation in stainless steel. Followed by aging on fine lees to enrich the structure.
