Villa Papiano Strada Corniolo is a pure Sangiovese from Emilia-Romagna. It presents an intense ruby red color. The nose offers aromas of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, balsamic notes, and undergrowth. On the palate, it is structured, fresh, with elegant tannins and a long, persistent finish, with an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. It is ideal served at 16-18℃ in a large glass, paired with red meats, game, and aged cheeses. It ages in large barrels and tonneaux.
