The Amarone della Valpolicella Villa Canestrari is a dry red wine with a deep garnet color. The Corvina Veronese, Corvinone, Rondinella, and Oseleta grapes impart an aroma of ripe red fruit, cherry in spirits, and spices. On the palate, it is full, velvety, and persistent, perfect with red meats and aged cheeses. Aged over 24 months in oak. Serve at 18-20°C.
