The Franciacorta Nelson Cenci Cuvée Extra Brut, from the Lombardy region, is an elegant and refined Classic Method sparkling wine. Made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, it displays a straw yellow color and a fine perlage. The nose offers complex aromas of fruit and yeast, while the palate is dry, fresh, and savory. Ideal as an aperitif or with fish dishes, it is aged for at least 30 months on the lees.
