Brilliant straw yellow with golden reflections, very fine and persistent perlage, and creamy foam.

Bouquet

Intense and complex, with hints of ripe fruit (apple, pear), citrus, white flowers, bread crust, and delicate toasted notes.

Taste

Creamy, soft, and balanced, with a pleasant freshness and savouriness. The finish is long, persistent, and enveloping.
