The nose reveals notes of cherry and blackberry, with spicy and balsamic undertones. On the palate it is soft, balanced, and persistent, with elegant tannins. Aged in stainless steel and then in bottle, it pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃.
