Vietti Barolo Ravera 2011 is a sublime expression of Piedmont. This 100% Nebbiolo shows an intense garnet color. The nose offers a complex bouquet of red fruits, rose, spices, and liquorice. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with fine tannins and a long, persistent finish. Aged 24 months in large barrels, it pairs perfectly with roasts and aged cheeses, served at 16-18°C.
