The Val San Martino Giuramento Bianco is an elegant dry white wine from the Veneto region, specifically the Berici Hills. Made from Manzoni Bianco and Verduzzo grapes, it displays a brilliant straw yellow color. The nose offers an intense and fruity aroma, enriched by delicate floral and aromatic notes. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, and persistent, with a pleasant savouriness. With an alcohol content between 12.5% and 13% ABV, it is ideally served at 8-10℃ in a medium tulip glass. Excellent when paired with light appetizers, fish dishes, and delicate white meats. Vinification involves soft pressing and controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel, followed by a short aging period in the bottle.
