It offers aromas of citrus, white flowers, and mineral flinty notes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, mineral, with good acidity and a persistent citrus aftertaste. Aged in steel, it pairs beautifully with raw fish and shellfish. Serve at 8-10 °C.
