Terlan Sauvignon Winkl, a white wine from South Tyrol, is straw yellow with greenish reflections. It smells of elderflower, gooseberry, and grapefruit. It is fresh, savory, and vibrant, with acidity and a mineral finish. Ideal with asparagus and seafood. Ages 6 months in steel. Serve at 10-12°C.
