Villa Crespia's Franciacorta Riserva Millesime Dosaggio Zero 2007 is a sublime 100% Chardonnay. Straw yellow, fine perlage. Complex aroma of bread crust and citrus. Dry, fresh, savory taste, excellent structure. Aged 60+ months on lees. Serve at 6-8°C.

Soft pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in stainless steel and some in barriques, second fermentation in bottle (Classic Method), long aging on lees, disgorgement without added liqueur d'expédition (Dosaggio Zero).
