San Leonardo is an iconic Trentino wine, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, and Merlot. It presents with an intense ruby red color and a complex aroma of wild berries and spices. On the palate, it is elegant, with velvety tannins and a persistent finish, the result of barrique aging. Ideal with substantial red meats, serve at 16-18°C.

Fermentation and post-fermentative maceration for about 15-20 days in stainless steel vats. Malolactic fermentation and subsequent aging in wood.
