Il Poggione Brunello di Montalcino 2016 is an exceptional dry red DOCG wine from Tuscany, Italy. Produced exclusively from Sangiovese Grosso grapes, it displays an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. The nose opens with a broad aroma of ripe red fruits, violet, tobacco, and spices. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with velvety tannins and a long finish. Perfect with red meats and aged cheeses, it ages for 36 months in oak barrels. Serve at 18-20°C.
