Guado Al Tasso 1992 by Antinori is a great Tuscan red, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Syrah. It presents an intense ruby color. The nose is complex, with forest fruits, sweet spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is full and harmonious, with elegant tannins and a long finish. It ages in barriques to acquire its distinctive structure. Ideal with red meats and aged cheeses.
