Cafaggio Basilica del Cortaccio 2001 is a red wine from Tuscany, made from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. It has an intense ruby red color and a complex aroma of wild berries and spices. On the palate, it is structured and elegant, with fine tannins. Aged in barriques and then in bottle, it is ideal with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 18°C.
