Tasca d'Almerita Diamante Passito 2004 is a sublime expression of Sicily. Made from dried Moscato Bianco grapes, it captivates with a golden hue and an intense bouquet of dried fruit and honey. Sweet, balanced by acidity, with a persistent finish.

Complex bouquet of dried apricot, dates, figs, honey, candied citrus, and saffron.
Taste
Sweet yet balanced by vibrant acidity. Persistent finish with notes of dried fruit and spices.
Alcohol content
12.5% vol.
Type of glass
Small, tulip-shaped dessert wine glass.
Pairings
Blue cheeses, foie gras, dry pastries, fruit tarts, white chocolate. Excellent meditation wine.
Refinement
In stainless steel tanks, followed by prolonged bottle aging.
Vinification
Natural drying of grapes on racks in the sun. Soft pressing and controlled fermentation in stainless steel.
