Garnet red with orange reflections, bright and deep.
Bouquet
Intense and ethereal, with notes of withered rose, violet, small red fruits, pepper, and tobacco.
Taste
Dry, full-bodied, robust yet velvety. Tannins are present but well-integrated, with a long, persistent finish.
Alcohol content
Approx. 14% Vol.
Type of glass
Large red wine glass, Burgundy or Ballon type.
Pairings
Ideal with important roasts, feathered and furred game, braised meats, aged cheeses, and truffle dishes.
Refinement
Large Slavonian oak barrels for at least 18 months, followed by a long period in the bottle to refine its character.
