Scarpari Felice Curtefranca Rosso is an intense ruby Lombard DOC wine. The nose reveals complex aromas of ripe red fruits and spices. On the palate, it's structured, harmonious, with soft tannins. Excellent with red meats and aged cheeses.

Colour
Intense ruby red, with garnet reflections developing with age.
Bouquet
Intense and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, sweet spices, balsamic hints, and light toasting.
Taste
Full-bodied, harmonious, and structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins. Long and persistent finish with fruity and spicy notes.
Alcohol content
13.5% vol.
Type of glass
Large Burgundy or Bordeaux glass, to enhance complex aromas.
Pairings
Ideal with roasts of red meats, game, braised dishes, aged cheeses, and rich pasta dishes.
Refinement
Minimum 12 months in steel and/or oak barrels, followed by a period in bottle before commercialization.
Vinification
Manual harvest, destemming and soft pressing. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (25-28℃) with maceration on the skins for 10-15 days.
