Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections. Fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet
Delicate, fresh, with floral notes (hawthorn) and fruity notes (green apple, citrus, fresh almond).
Taste
Dry, savory, fresh, and vibrant. Good persistence with a pleasantly bitterish aftertaste.
Alcohol content
Approx. 12% vol.
Type of glass
Flûte or tulip-shaped glass for sparkling wines.
Pairings
Excellent as an aperitif, with light seafood starters, mixed fried dishes, and crustaceans.
Refinement
