Allegrini's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2008, from Veneto, is a dry red DOCG wine. Made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta, grapes dried for months. It boasts an intense ruby color, aromas of ripe cherry and cocoa, and a full, velvety flavor with elegant tannins. Aged in oak and bottle, it pairs with red meats and aged cheeses, served at 18°C.
