Allegrini La Poja 2011 is an iconic dry red wine from Veneto, made from 100% Corvina Veronese grapes. It showcases an intense ruby color and a complex bouquet of red fruits, spices, and tobacco. On the palate, it’s velvety, structured, and persistent, with 13.5% vol. Aged 16 months in barriques and 12 months in bottle, it pairs perfectly with red meats and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18℃ in a large glass.
